Shipping Coverage

Coastal Outdoors currently ships to select regions within the United States. Please check the list of available shipping locations during checkout.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These fees will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
