Shipping Coverage

  • Coastal Outdoors currently ships to select regions within the United States. Please check the list of available shipping locations during checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These fees will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
