Items store securely in the main compartment, protected from the elements by the spindrift collar closure and the top lid. Designed with visibility and safety in mind, the animal faces and shoulder piping are reflective. A label where you can write a phone number or address can be found under the top lid. Other highlights include a breathable air mesh back panel and shoulder straps and a fully adjustable sternum strap to help keep the shoulder straps in place.

Return and Refund Policies
Return Period:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Product Condition:
Products must be unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when received. Additionally, the item should show no signs of wear or damage and must include all originally provided accessories.
Exchange Policy:
If you choose to exchange your product for another, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item, provided the item being exchanged meets the above conditions.
Refund Policy:
If you decide to return the product without exchanging it, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, at Coastal Outdoors' discretion. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
